Wonderful place to live if the developer would do some basic maintenence.

Love my home and the developement, except the developer will not do any maintenence. Our pool has been a cesspool for 2 weeks. It was cleaned somewhat for last weekend then last night it is full of alge again. If Richard would get his stuff together it would be the premier community.

As a new owner at The Peninsulas, I found Richard the developer to be both professional and very responsive to any and all requests. The Peninsulas is an excellent choice for the \"Young in Spirit\" looking for a premier lake community.
