I live in Boca and this place just got plopped in recently. Horrendous location lacking any style or privacy. Fruit and veggie trucking company right next door. Lacking the isolation of the communities 1/2 mile further north on 441 yet missing the entrenched nature of other communities seated in the heart of Boca Raton. \n\nThere are so many other communities that offer more for less. Did someone pay to get this \"award\"?
