Is there a choice of single family homes, condos, or apartments that fit a range of budgets? Leasing Flexibility: Those communities that offer more than one leasing arrangement will favor better.  Does the community offer month-to-month rental, three month, six month or just one year contracts? Recreational Activities:  The variety and levels of activities are taken into account for these criteria.
